What Is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection provides you with an independent technical basis for decision-making when purchasing or taking over a home or holiday property.
The review is based on the condition report, electrical inspection report, and energy performance certificate (if available), combined with a systematic on-site visual inspection.
The focus is on defects, remaining service life, maintenance, and technical risks – not on legal matters or price negotiations.
- Independent building-technical assessment
- Focus on risks and remaining service life
- Your questions about the property
- No sales interests
